Long Week

This week was LONG! All-city tryouts were this week and I made it! So did Brianna, Hilary, James, Nick, Jamie, Katie, Kristen and Taylor. So did a lot of other people from our school. David is an alternate. I hope someone quits. ;-) The music doesn't look too terribly hard (knock on wood). We have a rehersal sectional thing on Tuesday and I'm hoping I don't make too much of a fool of myself. That would be embarrassing. Al's birthday was on Friday! WOO! 16! She's the first one "able" to get her license and shell probably be the last one of us to actually get it. Ah, I love that girl!Anyway, I went to go see Les Miserables last night at McNary with Lauren and Ukiah. It was fun. Kind of confusing but I think that's what the storyline was in the program for. I went to breakfast club this morning but Joanna wasn't there so my dad came and picked me up and we went to the one coffee place that's going to take over the world. *sigh* Anyway, I better go practice and do some homework and actually be productive. Life sucks sometimes

My dad is going to go away for two months and he can't really tell us where he's going. He might be going to Iraq or some place like that or somewhere far away from the middle east. Who knows. I'm scared for him. He's also going to be gone for my birthday. I don't know why that makes me so sad but I guess it's because it's my sweet 16. I hate it when he's not at home. My mom and I had a really hard time when he was in Korea and that was only three weeks. I feel so bad for my mom when my dad's not here because she gets so lonely. Maybe this time I won't go out with friends very often. I really want to keep her company. NO ONE UNDERSTANDS! THIS SUCKS! All we can do though is pray but I'm wondering if that will be enough.

Posting because I was told to

I was being pestered by a certain someone to post and so I am. I am up at my dad's house in Sherwood right now woth my little sister. I cam up on Sat (XMAS!) and just hung out. We went to Jenn's family's xmas party and it was fun. We bet my rail thin cousin that she couldn't eat this HUGE plate of food. Seriously, I bet it was bigger than her. Anyway, it took her an hour and a half but she did it so now I'm out 5 bucks along with like 7 other people. Xmas was great. I didn't get anything big because my new flute was my present but that's okay with me. I got some awesome DVD's like NAPOLEON DYNAMITE (I made my dad and Jenn watch it and I think they thought I was kind of wacko for thinking it's like THE BEST MOVIE EVER!), Spiderman 2, Ocean's 11, The 3 Amigos, and the Gilmore Girls 2 season. I am very excited. Maybe I should skip a day of school and watch them. I mean, I would never skip school. Hahahahahahahaha. I am excited for this next week because I think I am going to be hangin with some of my most favorite people ever! Like, my PIC and Emily and her posse and Becky and Brianna... Geeze. I am SUPER EXCITED as Mr. Hercher would say... Shoot, thinking about school, I have a TON of homework to do. Like, reading 15 chapters of Huck Finn which is ridiculous because it's such a boring book and then history which is never fun because of the stress factor (will he like it or think it's crap?). Anyway, I have eaten so much crap this weekend (but good crap) I think I am going to take a nap. Mmmmmm... naptime with Sid. Okay, well, I hope you all had a Merry Xmas and Happy 2005! Becky is here

My dear friend Becky is here at my house right now and so far we have watched Mona Lisa Smile and ate croissants and played with a balled up paper towel for like, half an hour. Now we're online and chatting with hot babes (all day). And now we're plotting to hook up some friends. Man, are we cool or what? I know we are. MY DAD IS COMING HOME TODAY! YAY! He was in Korea for three weeks. I can't wait to see him. But I know I'm getting Korean crap for xmas. Joy to the world. Well, I am going to go. Sorry I haven't updated in a while. Good sick day

Today was a great day. I got sick as in the bad kind of sick in math. Ironically, we were taking a test. See how work effects my system? Anyway, so I went home and enjoyed the day. I watched Love Actually which is kind of a funny movie in an odd way. Then I snoozed and thought about what I should get everyone for Christmas. I am so bad. I have no idea about what anyone wants. I think I will just wrap myself in some wrapping paper for David (joking of course). That would be a funny site to see though. Aahaha. Mental image. Anyway, so I spent most of the day lounging around. I went to wind ensemble only because I had to. We have a retarded symphony concert tonight and I am really not prepared. It's a good thing I'm not playing the picc at this concert or else it would be very obvious that I have no idea what I'm doing. Buaha. Eh, oh well. Who's going to know? I get to wear my wind ensemble dress. I love it because it makes me look tall. Yay. I need all the help I can get. I am so glad that winter break is coming up. I need a break. School just sucks at the moment. Maybe it's because I never study... or the fact that I don't do most of my homework... or that all my teachers seem to be ganging up on me. Well, the first two would seem like it would make life easier but it doesn't because then I am stressed about how my mom is going to kill me when she gets my grades. Ah, life. Hate it sometimes but you can't live without it. Oh, man, am I funny! Especially when I take drugs for an illness that will most likely kill me. *sigh* Why don't these people just leave me be? All I want to do is sleep! I think I'm going to go do that right now actually. Ta ta.

Great Weekend

This was a great weekend. The best I've had in a long time. Going with the flutes to Brianna's for a sleepover was awesome. Then on Friday night I went to Lauren's house to "clean" and "decorate" but somehow we spent only 20 minutes doing that and the rest of the time talking to "Sir" online, dancing to Rasputin (or at least trying), laughing til it hurt, watching Strongbad emails and laughing even more, looking up song lyrics, talking about how confusing boys are... I love my PIC. We have so much fun. The next day was Snoball and we had a lot of fun. In the morning we met at Lauren's and then headed off to get the boys. We couldn't find Jackson and we went to the wrong house for James but all in all it went good. We were running late and making breakfast was hectic. Me and Hil were in charge of the Micky Mouse waffles and they were delicioso if I do say so myself. Then we ate and David showed up after he took the SAT's. Poor kid. Anyway, when we were all finished with breakfast we went to the park and goofed around. Me and Brianna had to leave early which stunk but that's what you pay for the price of beauty. We got ready and then it was off to Lauren's to drop some stuff off. Hil and Lauren looked to cute. After Lauren was ready we went to Annie's for pictures. Everyone looked so good. We took about a million pictures. My face was sore. It was like paparazzi. I think movie stars must have muscles in their cheeks to keep smiling for so long. Then it was off to the bowling alley. We had lots of fun. It was hilarious. Somehow the boys managed to break the lane they were in. Go figure. Never leave them alone for one second. Then we went to dinner at Red Robin. Mmmmmm... shakes... and burgers... and fries. After we were stuffed and were sick of seeing all the other snoball groups in their over rated dresses and hair do's (or hair don't's! hahahahaha!) we went back to Lauren's for a little movie watching and couch smooshing and poker playing and some other stuff. Then, all at once, everyone left and me and Brianna went to my house to sepnd the night. We were up kind of late. On Sunday I went to church and it was fun. We did crafts and sang and ate meatballs... MMMMMMMM! That was so good! I got to drive just about everywhere we went that day too so I was very content. I also saw Napolian Dynamite for the second time in the afternoon with my mom, Jojo and Shelli. It was hilarious. If you haven't seen that movie, stop what you're doing and go right now. Aw, man. It was just a crazy weekend that never seemed to end. Wow. Anyway, this is a big blog and it's taken me since the weekend to write it. Got to go on a top secret mission now for some food now! Mmmmm...
